While this installation was the brainchild of the four core artists, its manifestation into reality is the work of hundreds of people volunteering their time, energy, and skills to co-create it. We need metal workers, painters, calligraphers, musicians, electricians, audio engineers, project managers, volunteer coordinator, graphics designers, a cook to feed the crew installing in the desert, … and many many more. If you feel the call to help this project, we can use the skills you have and can teach you skills you don’t have but have interest and passion for. Key positions we are recruiting for

| Fabric production | SF/Bay Area | Help us with fabric production. We need help cutting, sewing, and other tasks for producing 130 panels for the project. Even if you don’t have prior experience in these areas, we can teach you. |
| Electrical | SF/Bay Area | We need some help with some wiring experience, prepping lights and electrical system before playa and install and setup during build week. |
| Structure | SF/Bay Area | We need 2-3 people with prior construction experience on playa specially with operating gas powered equipment. We will be using gas powered post drivers to install 43 steel posts into the playa 3′ deep. |
| Creative director for performances | Anywhere | Creative director responsible for recruiting artists and performers for the alter space for the burn week, creating a schedule, and planning special performances. |
| Volunteer coordinator | Anywhere | Very critical position to manage slew of volunteers throughout the course of project and planning for on playa installation and deinstallation. |
