Art Collaboration
Zhina art installation is composed of over 430 feet of semi-transparent red fabric. The fabric’s transparency serves to blend the presence of visitors at Burning Man with the stories and art that are shared on the fabric.
The journey through the installation is also accompanied with immersive sonic experience provoking deeper connections between the visitors and the shared stories. The abstract images and audio will add an additional layer to the story the installation is conveying.
We are accepting two types of submissions:
Panel Submission
This is an opportunity to show your creation on one of the installation’s fabric panels.
Audio Submission
We are seeking original audio submissions inspired by the theme of freedom especially as it pertains to women’s rights. As an artist, you have the power to capture the essence of Zhina project and what it means to you.
